Seasons

In case you hadn't noticed we are now well into autumn and as always Cornwall has provided us with a rather beautiful indian summer. The seasons have come round very quickly and it's hard to believe that Christmas is on the way and that living in Cornwall winter won't truly emerge.

Living in the hous has been great I've loved lying on the floor and specifically being able to play music full blast and the same track on repaet for far more time than is healthy (though still highly enjoyable). It's nice being able to entertain to though there are stilol some people I haven't had round yet. I'm glad I'm not doing the radio anymore and I'm really looking forward to trying to get hings started on the long drwn out book project that seems to be taking forever to just make real though I'm sure we'll get there. Seotember has been a busy time for all sorts of reasons (Mainly lots of birthdays) and it's taking me forever to get my finances truly under control though it will happen. lots of nights staying in reading books etc etc etc. Yes, book reading as well, I'm ,managing that I've completed my first book since 'Down and Out in Paris & London'........'A Short History Of Nearly Everything' Bill Bryson. the book surprised me in number of ways, mainly I found out I knew alot about science; not necesarilly scientists but science.

The boat is up on the hard a Ponsharden and still awainting some serious TLC. Nothing is urgent anymore, it can all wait until I'm ready. Though I do need to pay the bill for teh boat yard....anybody like to rent a boat over winter?

So yup a whole year has gone around the clock and next Sunday is my birthday 29, yup another decade nearing an end, don't know what to do, never do. Maybe I'll see you then.......
