Here we are again.....

I'm not really sure whats happened over the last few days but it seems I have some time on my hands to express something. Who knows what? Things to consider a newly formatted radio show. Do we think that's a good idea? Does anybody care, nobody reads this except via Facebook anyways..... Afton are you reading? Today has been a day of progress well in fact it has been several months of progress but today I found myself after months of relentless emotional outbreaks sitting in a room with someone I found, plainly, annoying and being able to bear it. I didn't walk out with a fuzzy brain that put both my mental a physical health at risk. I didn't explode in an inappropriate way. I just sat there with the silence, yes silence. Inner silence that resounded like I could have been far far from that room or moment in a place like 'Come to Good' for example. Just for those who don't know that is a real place here in Cornwall, with a very pretty Quaker meeting house or 'The Society of Friends' yes friends can be so hard to come by sometimes we need a 'society' to prove there worth.Hmmm yes Royston was just on the phone giving fast break updates but that will all come apparent in time. So inner silence getting beyond though as Wolfy might out it who is also sitting on The Moor. Yes progress on the housing front Opportunities arising, which is kinda incredible and here was me thinking all this kinda stuff had become impossible maybe even in passable. The weather has got better I've had the top down today and bumped into Tall Paul and Tall Chris. Penryn and Falmouth certainly have a funny way of naming people. I don't think I have a name behind my back. Well maybe not many nice ones.
